About the role

You will call our US customers and partners: help members get value from OptimHire, win back members who are about to cancel, and convert free users to paid plans. Pure outbound US voice process, target-driven.

- Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST, 6 days a week (permanent night shift)

- Work from home, anywhere in India

- Target: 150 calls per day, with daily conversion targets

- Pay: Rs 30,000 to 40,000 per month fixed + incentive on every sale (uncapped)

You must have

- 1+ year in an international (US) voice process: sales, retention or collections preferred

- Transparent, neutral English that US customers understand the first time

- A proven record of hitting call and sales targets

- Laptop, noise-cancelling headset,



quiet room and backup internet

- Comfort with a permanent night shift

How to apply (applications without these are not considered)

Answer the screening questions, and after applying send a 2-minute voice note that:

a) reads aloud: Hi, this is [your name] from OptimHire. Your account has 40 new job matches waiting. Do you have two minutes so I can show you how to get more interviews this week

b) answers a US customer who says: I tried this, it didn't work, cancel my subscription.

c) describes in 30 seconds the best sale you closed on a US call.

Process: written answers + voice note, then a 10-minute live role-play call at night, then an offer.
