Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Python GenAI Engineer to build AI/ML-powered solutions for banking use cases. The candidate should be capable of developing working GenAI applications and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop GenAI and ML applications using Python.
- Build LLM-powered applications, AI agents, automation workflows and intelligent services.
- Develop and optimize prompts, AI workflows and model interaction patterns.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise APIs, databases and backend applications.
- Evaluate AI outputs, implement testing strategies and improve solution reliability.
- Develop scalable, secure and production-ready AI solutions in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with robust Python development.
- Hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM-based applications.
- Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and AI application development.
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents and AI workflows.
- Strong REST API/backend development experience.
- Excellent hands-on coding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convert AI concepts into working prototypes and production solutions.
- Banking / Financial Services experience is preferred.
Good to Have: Full Stack development, React, Angular, UI technologies and Google ADK.
