Role Description The Business Growth Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving expansion and revenue growth for Xennora Solutions. This role includes identifying new business opportunities, nurturing partnerships with educational institutions and industry stakeholders, and promoting company programs to prospective clients. The specialist will analyze market trends, develop and execute growth strategies, support sales campaigns, and track performance against growth targets. Day-to-day activities also involve coordinating cross-functional projects, preparing presentations and proposals,



and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads to support the company's mission and growth objectives.
Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients, presenting proposals, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Growth Hacking and Sales to design and implement cutting-edge strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue.
- Solid Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor growth initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in business development, EdTech, education services, or related domains is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.Or Any degree
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets within defined timelines.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis software, and presentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
