JOB DETAILS
Position: CSSD Manager
Location: AIIMS Rajkot, Gujarat
Experience: 5+ years in hospital CSSD
Qualification: Diploma or Graduation in CSSD, OT Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a relevant healthcare/paramedical field
Certification: CSSD / OT Technician Certification is mandatory
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
Managing day-to-day CSSD operations
Knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control protocols
Understanding of NABH standards and quality compliance
OT surgical instrument handling and management
CSSD documentation, reporting, and record maintenance
Team leadership and operational coordination
