URGENT HIRING: Metro & Infrastructure Management Expert

Job Location: Bengaluru, On Site 4 months Deputation

Are you a seasoned leader in metro or large-scale railway infrastructure We are looking for a Domain Authority to drive a massive, high-impact project! We are seeking an industry veteran to serve as the primary domain expert for a large-scale Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) deployment. If you bridge the gap between technical innovation and on-ground railway operations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
•Domain Leadership: Shape the IPMS design to align flawlessly with global industry standards and operational realities.
•Operational Excellence: Drive strategic planning, regulatory compliance, safety, security, and route/schedule optimization.
•Cross-Functional Alignment:



Act as the vital bridge between tech development teams and on-ground operations to deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
•Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
•Experience: 12 to 15+ years of deep domain experience in large-scale infrastructure or metro projects.
•Certifications: Must hold Government/National-Level certifications in the railways or metro domain (e.g., from Indian Railways Training Institutes like IREEM, IRICEN, IRIEEN, IRIMEE, or equivalent).
