Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Tally Software Trainer (Telugu). The trainer will deliver online sessions in Telugu on Tally software, covering core features such as accounting, inventory, taxation, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include planning lesson content, preparing training materials, conducting live demonstrations, and guiding learners through hands-on practice. The trainer will assess learner progress, provide feedback, and clarify doubts through online communication channels.



The role may also involve customizing training modules based on learner profiles and coordinating with the SkillDzire-Recruit team on schedules and course improvements.
Qualifications

- Solid skills in Computer Software Training and general Training, with experience delivering structured sessions on Tally or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design to create clear, engaging, and practical learning materials and modules.
- Effective Communication skills in Telugu and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Foundational understanding of Software Development concepts is beneficial for explaining system features and limitations.
- Hands-on experience using Tally for accounting, GST, and financial reporting.
- Comfort working in remote, online training environments and using digital tools (video conferencing, LMS, presentations).
- Prior teaching, corporate training, or coaching experience in finance, accounting, or software is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background such as commerce, accounting, or computer applications is preferred.
