We're Hiring: Azure Practice Lead – .NET

Role: Azure Practice Lead

We are looking for an experienced Azure Practice Lead to build, lead and scale our Microsoft Azure Cloud Engineering practice. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Azure and .NET, along with proven experience in presales, business development, and Profit & Loss (P&L;) management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow the Azure Cloud practice, defining its strategy and technology roadmap.
- Drive Azure-based application development, cloud migration, modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership for .NET-based enterprise application development.
- Build and scale high-performing cloud engineering teams.
- Own practice financial performance, including P&L;, revenue, profitability, budgeting and resource utilization.
- Drive presales activities, RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, estimations and client presentations.
- Identify current business opportunities and support client acquisition, account growth and strategic partnerships.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and build strong customer relationships.
- Establish best practices for cloud architecture, security, DevOps, governance and cost optimization.





Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong expertise in .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core and Web APIs.
- Experience with Azure App Services, Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault and Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of microservices, cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
- Knowledge of cloud security, scalability, performance optimization and cost management.

Mandatory Leadership & Business Skills

- Proven experience leading or managing an Azure practice.
- Strong Profit & Loss (P&L;) ownership and revenue management experience.
- Hands-on involvement in presales, RFPs, proposals and solution design.
- Experience in business development, client acquisition and account growth.
- Ability to manage large teams, delivery portfolios and customer engagements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent).
- Experience managing enterprise cloud transformation programs.
- Experience working with global clients and distributed delivery teams.
