Role Description The Senior Sales Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving sales growth and managing key customer accounts. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term relationships. The Senior Sales Account Executive will oversee account management activities, including regular client meetings, understanding technical and commercial requirements, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms. The position also includes providing responsive customer service,



coordinating with internal teams on order fulfillment, and tracking market trends to support strategic sales planning. The role requires maintaining accurate sales reports, meeting defined targets, and representing Mahavir Cables professionally in the marketplace.

Qualifications

- Strong lead generation and new business development skills, with a proven ability to identify and qualify prospects.
- Experience in account management and relationship building, including managing key accounts and sustaining long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Solid understanding of the cables and wires industry, or related industrial/engineering products, is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency in basic sales reporting tools and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
