The role involves processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** + Create, maintain, update, and validate Customer Master Data in SAP and related systems. + Manage customer onboarding, modifications, blocking, unblocking, and master data maintenance in line with company policies and procedures. + Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer master records. + Handle customer and stakeholder queries through email and phone communication. + Perform data validation, reconciliation, and master data quality checks. + Support audit requirements, compliance activities, and documentation. + Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer master data issues and ensure timely updates. **Qualification** + Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting or Finance. + 3+ years of experience in Customer Master Data, OTC, Accounts Receivable,
