Manager – Compliance Raipur, Chhattisgarh | 8–10 yrs | ₹10–12 LPA | LLB/LLM Own statutory, legal, factory and environmental compliance across our manufacturing units. What you’ll do
• Manage licences, NOCs, renewals and statutory returns across factory, labour, boiler, electrical and fire laws
• Coordinate CTE/CTO and environmental clearances with CECB
• Liaise with government departments and inspectorates for approvals and inspections
• Vet contracts and legal documents, and coordinate with external counsel
• Maintain the compliance calendar and report status to management What we need
• 8–10 yrs in statutory compliance in manufacturing
• Hands-on government liaisoning experience
• Robust knowledge of factory, environmental, land and labour laws
