• Own the compliance framework, SOPs and controls across all units
• Drive environmental clearances and senior-level government liaisoning for operations and expansion
• Oversee land, boiler, utilities and industrial safety approvals
• Manage litigation, contracts, insurance and the legal risk register
• Lead the compliance team and budget What we need
• 15–20+ yrs in compliance in manufacturing, with 5+ yrs leading a team
• Proven record of securing approvals for operations and expansion projects
• Deep knowledge of factory, environmental, land, labour and corporate laws
