Profile: Business Excellence - Ethnic
Experience:

- 1 to 4 years in business excellence, process improvement, operations analytics or MIS, preferably in e-commerce, retail, fashion or supply chain
- Freshers with exceptional analytical skills may be considered

Roles:

- Build & Transfer Model: Deploy new operational processes and workflows for recent launches. Run them initially, document SOPs, and hand them over to the daily Operations/Sourcing teams.
- Tech-Operations Liaison: Work with the Sourcing and Operations teams to identify manual bottlenecks. Gather their requirements, structure them logically, and coordinate with the IT development team to get the tools built.
- Data & Analytics: Analyse daily MIS, logistics turnaround times (TAT),



QC failure rates and sourcing lead times. Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Department Heads, the IT team and ground-level coordinators in a neutral, collaborative way, without creating friction.
- Change Implementation: Drive adoption of new processes across existing teams, with empathy and follow-through.

Qualification:

- B.E. / B. Tech / MBA, or a degree in Operations/Supply Chain from a reputable institute (preferred)
- Open to any background if analytical skills are exceptional
