– Service Engineer (Medical Devices)

Delhi / Gurgaon / Ludhiana

Experience:
Minimum 2 Years CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair medical equipment, including patient handling systems, hospital beds, and hygiene solutions. The candidate will be responsible for equipment uptime, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, service, and maintain medical equipment, including hospital beds and patient handling systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and attend equipment breakdown calls.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults, including basic electronics, PCB, and component-level issues.
• Promote AMC/CMC contracts and generate recurring service revenue.




• Provide technical guidance and product usage training to hospital staff and caregivers.
• Maintain service reports, documentation, and system updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, logistics, and technical escalations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required. Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical equipment / medical device servicing.
• Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, or related Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
• Basic understanding of PCB and electronic components.
• Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
