Mumbai We are looking for an experienced AVP / VP – Private Equity to drive investment opportunities within the healthcare sector, manage the end-to-end investment lifecycle, and contribute to the growth of the healthcare investment portfolio. Role
• Identify, evaluate, and execute private equity investment opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Conduct detailed industry research, market assessment, and financial analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities.
• Lead deal sourcing, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Evaluate business models, financial performance, growth potential, and investment risks of prospective healthcare companies.
• Work closely with promoters, management teams, advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the investment process.
• Monitor portfolio companies,



track business performance, and support strategic initiatives to drive value creation.
• Develop investment recommendations and present transaction proposals to the investment committee. What We’re Looking For
• Relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance, preferably with exposure to the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of healthcare businesses, industry dynamics, and investment opportunities.
• Experience in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction execution.
• Ability to independently evaluate investment opportunities and prepare investment recommendations.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
