• Monitoring of Day-to-Day Activities which includes vessel/rail/road operations and ensure targets and deadlines are effectively met.
• Daily planning and analysis of activities in berthing meeting.
• Analyze daily, weekly, monthly productivity parameters for improvement.
• Achievement of optimum productivities and reliability of service to customers.
• Contribution in fulfillment and compliance of NSPT Legal / statutory and operational requirements.
• Contributing to continuous improvement.
• Contributing for the meeting of Business targets and objections.
• Supervise and manage the terminal supervisory group into an efficient and effective team.
• Liaise with inter departments for proper service from ‘supporting’ departments.
• Goal / Target setting for all planning and operations staff.
• Trend setting and analysis of operational parameters.
• Devising and development of operational procedures and reports.
• Contractor management
