Tech Mechanical Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Manager – Purchase & Operations to manage end-to-end procurement, including capital equipment, project purchases, industrial spares, consumables, vendor management, and service contracts. The candidate should have robust expertise in procurement planning, commercial negotiations, and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end procurement of capital equipment, machinery, and project-related materials.
• Handle procurement of mechanical/electrical spares, consumables, and operational materials.
• Coordinate technical and commercial bid evaluations with engineering and project teams.
• Develop procurement plans aligned with project schedules and budgets.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage purchase orders, rate contracts, AMC/CMC,



service contracts, and work orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material replenishment.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, finance, stores, and project teams.
• Oversee contractor billing, invoice verification, and payment documentation.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement and compliance with company policies. Requirements
• Minimum 9+ years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, and Operations.
• Strong experience in capital procurement, project procurement, and industrial purchasing.
• Industry experience in Metals, Mining, Steel, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Heavy Machinery Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
• Understanding of technical procurement, inventory control, and commercial evaluations.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
