We are seeking an experienced Area Manager for our Life Insurance division focusing on banca channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the life insurance industry. The Area Manager will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with banks, driving sales performance, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for life insurance products through banca channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive sales and increase market share.
- Train and mentor bank staff on life insurance products and sales techniques to enhance their effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in the sales process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the life insurance or financial services sector.
- Solid understanding of life insurance products and bancassurance model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with bank partners and clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide team members.
