Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Head with experience in the stock broking, wealth management, or financial services industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business development, branch sales, team management, client acquisition, and revenue generation, along with a good understanding of equity markets and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive branch-level business growth, revenue, and profitability.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Drive new client acquisition, Demat account openings, and trading activation.
- Develop relationships with retail, HNI, and UHNI clients.
- Promote financial products, including equities, mutual funds, insurance, and PMS.
- Drive SIP mobilization, AUM growth, cross-selling, and client retention.
- Generate business through referrals, networking, and market development.
- Monitor sales performance, business MIS, and revenue reports.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in stock broking, wealth management,



banking, or financial services.
- Experience in branch sales, business development, or sales team management.
- Robust understanding of equity markets, trading, and Demat accounts.
- Experience in mutual fund distribution, SIP mobilization, and AUM growth.
- Ability to acquire clients and generate business through relationship management.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Experience in team handling, business planning, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of P&L; management and branch operations.
- NISM / AMFI certification preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Bachelor's degree required.
