# Job Title: ServiceNow Enterprise Architect – Consulting & Delivery Lead

### Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead enterprise-level platform architecture, consulting, and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, enterprise integrations, platform architecture, and business process transformation.

This role involves working closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand organizational requirements, recommend suitable ServiceNow solutions, and oversee their implementation. The candidate should be comfortable handling both technical and functional discussions while providing architectural direction and leading cross-functional teams.

### Key Responsibilities

**1. ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design**
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technology requirements.
- Define platform architecture, technical standards, and best practices across implementations.
- Lead solution design discussions and ensure consistency across multiple ServiceNow workstreams.
- Evaluate existing platform architecture and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Promote the use of standard ServiceNow capabilities and minimize unnecessary customizations.

**2. Functional Consulting & Business Engagement**
- Interact with business and IT stakeholders to understand process requirements and business challenges.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, solution workshops, and platform assessments.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Recommend ServiceNow capabilities to improve workflows, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Support platform adoption and digital transformation initiatives.

**3. ServiceNow Platform Expertise**





Provide architectural and functional guidance across relevant ServiceNow modules and capabilities, including:

- ITSM, ITOM and ITAM
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- CMDB and CSDM
- IRM / GRC
- Field Service Management (FSM)
- Workplace Service Delivery
- Service Portal and Employee Centre
- Integration Hub and Flow Designer
- Workflow Studio
- Platform Analytics
- Now Assist, AI and Automation capabilities

**4. Integration & Technical Governance**
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
- Provide guidance on REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, and cloud-based integrations.
- Drive CMDB architecture, data quality, and CSDM implementation standards.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and performance requirements are addressed.
- Review technical solutions, integrations, workflows, and custom developments.
- Guide teams on complex implementations, platform enhancements, and upgrades.

**5. Program & Delivery Management**
- Oversee large-scale ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects.
- Coordinate with technical architects, functional consultants, developers, and delivery teams.
- Monitor project progress, technical dependencies, risks, and delivery quality.
- Participate in project reviews, governance meetings, and senior stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure successful solution deployment, go-live readiness, and transition to support teams.

**6. Stakeholder & Team Leadership**
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Present solution approaches, architecture recommendations,



and transformation plans.
- Manage client expectations and drive alignment between business and technical teams.
- Mentor architects, consultants, and technical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across ServiceNow implementations.

### Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM and other enterprise solutions.
- Good understanding of enterprise architecture, ITIL processes, and platform governance.
- Experience in designing and managing complex integrations with enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of at least three of the following integration areas:
- REST APIs and SOAP Web Services
- AWS / Azure cloud integrations
- SAP / Oracle integrations
- Microsoft ecosystem integrations
- Identity management solutions such as Azure AD, Okta, or SailPoint
- Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica
- Understanding of workflow automation, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities.
- Experience in leading enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations or large ITSM transformation initiatives.

### Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA).
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Relevant Agile or project management certifications.
