Job Description – Meat Processing Production Operator

Industry: Food Processing / Meat Processing
Experience: 1–2 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and coordinate production activities in the meat processing industry.

- Operate, set up, and monitor production machinery and equipment.

- Monitor quality parameters, including temperature, processing time, and flow rate.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

- Maintain smooth and effective production operations.

Requirements

- Vocational training as a Butcher, Food Processing Technician, or equivalent.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in meat processing or food production.

- Technical understanding and experience with production machinery.

- Willingness to work in shifts.

- Strong quality awareness, hygiene standards, and communication skills.
