Job Summary:

Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders to deliver talent development services and identify strategic opportunities. Support learning design and development, delivery, content management, collaboration, and certification. Recommend process improvements based on operational insights, industry knowledge, and analytics.



Gather business intelligence for decision-making and perform statistical inference using estimation techniques and hypothesis testing.

Professional & Technical Skills: (Good to have)

- Knowledge of Agentic AI and adaptability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts.
- Experience in executing social media campaigns, such as managing Viva Engage initiatives.

The Role You'll Play

You will shape how we build skills for our people to lead through critical ecosystem partnerships. This includes:

- Bringing deep expertise in technology partner landscapes.
- Advising on learning investments and designing high-impact development programs.
- Translating fast-moving trends into scalable learning strategies aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business, HR, and Talent leaders to identify capability needs and recommend effective learning approaches (build, buy, adapt).
- Define and evolve capability requirements for technology practitioners and the broader organization.
- Translate emerging needs into actionable learning plans, leveraging existing assets for speed and scale.
- Lead development and execution of data-informed learning strategies with clear performance indicators.
- Collaborate across Learning, HR, and business teams to ensure relevance and alignment.
- Engage with ecosystem partners to stay current on technologies and define skilling pathways.
- Ensure global consistency while addressing unique stakeholder needs.
- Own and drive short- and long-term capability development roadmaps.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver measurable impact.
