We are looking for a highly experienced / with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), India Duties & Taxation, WRICEF development, and cross-module integration.

The role requires a robust technical-functional leader capable of independently managing the SAP FICO team, driving implementation activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Lead and manage the SAP FICO functional team, including task allocation, technical guidance, and delivery coordination

Independently handle SAP FI & CO configuration, implementation, and support activities

Lead at least one complete End-to-End SAP FICO implementation

Configure and support SAP Product Costing and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

Manage India Duties & Taxation requirements and configurations

Handle WRICEF development requirements for SAP FI & CO

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP development teams

Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and WM modules

Review functional designs, configurations, and technical deliverables

Manage project activities, priorities, timelines,



and team performance

Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams

Support testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities

Troubleshoot complex SAP FICO functional and integration issues

Provide mentoring, knowledge transfer, and guidance to junior consultants

Ensure high-quality project delivery and timely resolution of business-critical issues

10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience

Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)

Hands-on configuration experience in Product Costing and CO-PA

Strong knowledge of India Duties & Taxation

Minimum 1 End-to-End SAP Implementation in a lead capacity

Experience in WRICEF development and functional specifications for FI & CO

Strong cross-module integration experience with MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and WM

Proven experience in leading and managing SAP FICO teams

Ability to independently manage project deliverables and stakeholder expectations

Strong functional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

Strong hands-on SAP FICO functional consultant with team leadership experience

Proven ability to manage multiple functional activities and project priorities

Experience handling complex financial and controlling business processes

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities

Ability to independently lead implementation and support teams
