- Overall leadership and delivery of 15–20 large-scale projects.
- Construction and project management of high-rise, cluster and large building developments.
- EPC, contract and commercial management.
- Project planning, scheduling and execution.
- Cost management, budgeting and cost control.
- Strategic procurement and vendor management.
- Value engineering and optimisation of project costs.
- Ensuring quality, timelines, safety and project profitability.
