Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or Education, combined with a recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent).
Core Skills: Hands-on experience executing at least TWO of the following platform-verified workflows: Inquiry-Based & Concept-Driven Pedagogy, IBDP Internal Assessment (IA) Supervision, Extended Essay (EE) Mentorship, Data-Driven Formative & Summative Assessment, and Classroom AI/Educational Technology Integration.
Software/Tools: Working proficiency in AI educational tools, learning technology platforms, and IB/Cambridge reporting software.
Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills for effective classroom instruction and parental communication.
Logistics: 100% strictly Work-from-Office model located in Kolkata.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Secondary Mathematics Teacher to design and deliver inquiry-driven learning for IGCSE and IBDP programs. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools and modern learning technology to optimize conceptual understanding and support holistic student growth.
Core Responsibilities
Curriculum & Pedagogy: Design and execute concept-driven, inquiry-based Mathematics units aligned with Cambridge and IBDP standards.
AI Integration: Incorporate relevant AI tools and learning technology into unit plans to differentiate instruction and enhance problem-solving skills.
Assessment & Reporting: Conduct formative and summative assessments, utilizing student performance analytics to guide targeted interventions.
Diploma Supervision: Guide and mentor IBDP students through their Mathematics Internal Assessments (IA) and Extended Essays (EE).
Pastoral & Community Care: Serve as a homeroom advisor to manage student well-being and maintain proactive communication with parents.
