Summary: This role focuses on enabling the scalable creation and management of high-quality digital learning content, leveraging digital expertise, Generative AI, and strong data governance practices within a global Digital Track program.

Main Responsibilities:

- Understand key digital and technology concepts such as XaaS, cloud, software development lifecycle, AI, data, cybersecurity, APIs, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible knowledge content for various audiences.
- Ensure technical accuracy and relevance in learning materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for deeper expertise and validation.
- Utilize Generative AI and related tools to create, structure, summarize, enrich, and update learning content.
- Develop reusable digital content including explainers, learning summaries, FAQs, quizzes, learning paths, and knowledge articles.
- Implement effective content validation through human oversight and automation.
- Define and maintain processes for content creation, review, validation, publication, maintenance, and retirement.
- Ensure the quality and completeness of learning data and metadata.




- Prepare and structure data for integration into learning tools and platforms.
- Establish quality controls for taxonomy, metadata, naming conventions, duplication, and content updates.
- Monitor data and content quality and enact corrective measures as necessary.

Key Requirements:

- Deep understanding of digital and technology concepts, including XaaS, cloud computing, software development lifecycle, AI, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in creating educational content that is technically accurate and accessible.
- Experience using AI-powered tools for content development.
- Strong process and data governance skills.
