We are looking for experienced professionals to join Financial Due Diligence team.
Position: Senior Consultant – Financial Due Diligence (FDD)
Experience: 3–7 years of relevant FDD experience
Qualification:
- CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA (Finance)
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD).
- M&A; transaction experience (Buy-side / Sell-side).
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
- Experience in EBITDA analysis, Quality of Earnings (QoE) and Net Working Capital.
- Exposure to financial modelling and transaction advisory.
Preferred Locations: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and Gurugram.
