Engine Assembly Shift Incharge (Engine Production Senior Specialist)

We are looking for an experienced Engine Assembly Shift Incharge to lead production operations, manpower management, quality, safety, and productivity initiatives within the Engine Assembly function.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Department: Engine Production

Experience: 3.5 -12 Years (Engine Assembly / Manufacturing Operations)

Education: Full time Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage shift-wise engine assembly operations and manpower deployment.
- Ensure smooth production flow to achieve output targets without compromising safety and quality.
- Drive production efficiency through WIP management, bottleneck reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and improve quality metrics including pass ratio, process adherence, mistake-proofing systems, and machine readiness.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, PPC, Manufacturing Engineering,



and Material Management teams for uninterrupted operations.
- Lead cost-saving initiatives and productivity improvement projects.
- Monitor attendance, workforce discipline, and employee engagement within the shift.
- Ensure timely clearance of engines and eliminate overstay inventory.
