Eazyway is focused on connecting educational institutions, students, and recruiters through technology-driven solutions in Campus SaaS, student development, campus hiring, and recruitment.

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and result-oriented Marketing & Outreach Associates to expand our institutional network, build strategic partnerships, and create new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with colleges, placement teams, recruiters, and institutional partners across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

1. College & Institutional Outreach

- Connect with colleges, universities, training institutes, and placement departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) and institutional decision-makers.
- Promote Eazyway's Campus SaaS and student development solutions.
- Identify potential institutional partnerships and collaboration opportunities.

2. Marketing & Business Development

- Promote Eazyway's recruitment, campus hiring, and career development solutions.
- Identify and engage prospective clients and institutional partners.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and networking activities.
- Generate leads and support business development initiatives.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective partners.

3. Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with colleges, recruiters, and existing partners.
- Understand partner requirements and recommend suitable Eazyway solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement.
- Build long-term skilled relationships to support business growth.

4. Reporting & Coordination

- Track outreach activities, leads, follow-ups, and partnership opportunities.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and engagement.
- Share regular progress updates and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and recruitment teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in marketing, outreach, business development, and relationship management.
- Ability to engage confidently with colleges, recruiters, and institutional stakeholders.
- Good organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to B2B marketing, institutional sales, or campus outreach.
- Familiarity with EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or relationship management.
- Understanding of campus placement and recruitment processes.
