Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to manage and lead a team of recruiters, oversee daily recruitment operations, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, team management, client coordination, and recruitment delivery, preferably within the US IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Allocate job requirements among recruiters based on skills, experience, and priorities.
- Monitor daily recruitment activities, submission numbers, interview progress, and placement targets.
- Ensure quality candidate submissions that align with client requirements and job descriptions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle escalations related to candidates, clients, and recruitment delivery.
- Coordinate with account managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and provide regular updates.




- Track team performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve productivity and placement ratios.
- Support recruiters with challenging requirements, candidate evaluations, and sourcing strategies.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Drive a collaborative, performance-oriented, and accountable recruitment environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment
- Previous experience managing or leading a team of recruiters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight recruitment deadlines.
- Solid analytical skills to monitor recruitment metrics and team performance.
