Position: Myopia Management Specialist

Purpose of this job:

The incumbent in this role will support the ZEISS sales team to drive Myopia Management portfolio sales within a specified region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Drive sales and revenue of Myopia Management portfolio for assigned customers within specified territory.

Activate new customers business and increase our present share of wallet with existing customers.

Build strong relationship with customer and forging strong confidence.

Represent ZEISS Myopia Management portfolio to opticians, doctors & optometrists.

Training of Internal Sales teams / Customer care / Fitter training and the above-mentioned customers.

Trouble Shooting of Nonadaptation cases.

Education requirements / Experience / Job Specifications:





Bachelor's in optometry with Min 1-6 years relevant exp in products training in ophthalmic segment

Excellent Communication skills

Open to travel extensively with the specified region.

The incumbent must have positive proven communication and sales capabilities.

Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist, optometrists and opticians.

Able to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.

Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities.

Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges.
