Hiring: Senior Associate - Technical Support (PMS) | Major Real Estate Client | Bangalore
Location: Bangalore (100% Onsite)
Contract: Permanent
Shift: Afternoon Shift (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
Salary: Up to 18 LPA (DOE)
Are you an experienced IT Support professional looking for your next permanent role in a rapidly scaling global team I am partnering with a major global real estate client to build and automate their recent technical support hub in Bangalore. You will be the focal point for property management system (PMS) incidents and data pipeline troubleshooting, initially supporting their European operations before expanding globally.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Property Management Systems (Yardi strongly preferred; RealPage, Entrata, or Lavanda also considered).

Strong SQL knowledge with practical experience developing and troubleshooting ETL pipelines.

Hands-on programming experience in Python or C# to build custom automation utilities.

Solid background in IT incident management, quality assurance, and creating Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs).

Comfortable working 100% onsite in Bangalore during afternoon hours to support the EMEA region.
