Job Title: Maintenance Manager About the Position The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities within the plant. Skills and Experience Required - Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in plant or factory settings. - Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and safety management practices. - Familiarity with mechanical systems, including their operation, repair, and maintenance requirements. - Understanding of compliance with factory acts related to workplace safety and machinery operation. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to address mechanical issues promptly.
