Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor will guide prospective learners through the admissions process, providing clear information about programs, eligibility, and career outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, conducting counseling sessions, assessing applicant profiles, and recommending suitable courses. The role involves managing the admissions pipeline, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to optimize student enrollment and experience. The counselor will participate in events, webinars, and information sessions to represent inGrade and support outreach efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Robust Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively counsel and guide prospective learners.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship-building.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead qualification, objection handling, and conversion to enrollment.
- Background or interest in Education, EdTech, or academic counseling, with an understanding of career pathways in technology.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in admissions, counseling, inside sales, or student-facing roles, ideally in EdTech or higher education.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines, using data and CRM tools to manage and track admissions activities.
- Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, learner-centric approach.
