Role Overview
We are looking for a professional to manage the onboarding of doctors, therapists, and healthcare providers for the US market. The role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, guiding them through registration and verification, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of doctors, therapists, and wellness providers.
- Guide US-based providers through registration, documentation, and verification.
- Conduct onboarding calls and platform training sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for profile approval and activation.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and databases.
- Address provider queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Ensure a smooth and positive provider onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Industrial/Organisational Psychology/MBA (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, provider onboarding, or related roles.
- Exposure to psychology, counselling, or mental health services is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms.
- Willingness to work from office during the US shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM IST).
