Role Description The Insurance Consultant role at Bajaj Life is a part-time, remote position focused on advising customers on suitable life insurance and investment solutions based on their financial goals and protection needs. On a day-to-day basis, the Insurance Consultant will engage with prospects and existing policyholders through digital and telephonic channels, explain product features and benefits, and guide them through the process of selecting and purchasing appropriate plans. The role includes assessing client risk profiles,



providing personalized recommendations on term plans, ULIPs, retirement, and other solutions, and supporting customers with queries regarding policy servicing. The Insurance Consultant will maintain accurate records of interactions, follow up on leads, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and compliant customer experience. Consistent adherence to regulatory standards, ethical selling practices, and customer-centric communication is expected. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Insurance products and services.
• Foundational Finance skills, including basic financial planning, investment concepts, and risk assessment.
