Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding interview updates.
• Conduct candidate follow-ups and maintain updated recruitment trackers and databases.
• Support onboarding processes, including document collection, offer letter coordination, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, and other HR-related documentation.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, candidate status updates, and daily HR reports.
