Zariyaa is looking for an Operations Lead to own the on-ground delivery of everything we do — Wellness Festivals, Zen Garden installations, Self-Experiential programs and Zenscape retreats — for leading organisations across India. Full time

· Hybrid (Bengaluru) What you will do
• Own end-to-end execution of Wellness Festivals, Self-Experiential sessions and Zenscape retreats — planning, run-sheets, on-ground delivery and wrap-up
• Lead Zen Garden installations from approval to go-live (15–30 days) and manage upkeep across live gardens
• Build and manage our vendor network — fabricators, decor, AV, logistics and facilitators — with negotiated rates and quality checks
• Coordinate our facilitator and expert pool for each engagement: scheduling, briefing and feedback
• Own operations budgets and costing for every project
• Create and maintain SOPs, checklists and post-event reports
• Work closely with Sales on feasibility and timelines before proposals go out
• Lead and mentor the warehouse team, ops interns and event-day crew Who we are looking for
• 5+ years of on-ground execution for corporate events, festivals, activations or experiential projects (event management, MICE, corporate wellness or hospitality)
• Experience managing multiple projects with budgets, timelines and vendor teams; office fit-out or installation experience is a plus
• Builds SOPs, checklists and run-sheets; comfortable with Google Workspace and ops tools
• Transparent English and at least one of Kannada or Hindi
• Calm under pressure — the steady hand on an event day
