Role Description The Account Officer role at Espen Clean Energy is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The individual in this role will manage and maintain financial records, prepare and review financial statements, and support daily accounting operations. Responsibilities include monitoring accounts receivable and payable, reconciling bank statements, assisting with budgeting and financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The Account Officer will respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries, provide transparent and professional communication on billing and account matters, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.



This role also involves supporting process improvements in finance operations and contributing to accurate, timely financial documentation for management. Qualifications
• Candidates with 10-15 years experience in Accounts related roles only to apply
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and general MS Office tools.
• Relevant academic qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in corporate accounting or a finance function, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or related industries, is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are expected.
