Role Description The Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the medical centre. This includes coordinating patient flow, managing clinic schedules, and ensuring high-quality customer service at all touchpoints. The role involves supervising staff, allocating resources, and supporting budgeting and financial processes for the clinic. The Clinic Manager will work closely with medical and rehabilitation teams to align operational practices with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include implementing training programs, maintaining accurate records, and continuously improving workflows and patient experience. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage patient interactions and ensure a positive clinic experience.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to support financial planning, resource allocation, and cost control within the clinic.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with medical staff, administrative teams, and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine or healthcare operations to understand clinical workflows and compliance needs.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard, coach, and develop clinic staff in processes and service standards.
• Relevant experience in clinic or healthcare management, including staff supervision and operations oversight.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in basic office and clinic management software.
• Masters degree in healthcare administration, management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in a healthcare setting will be considered.
