Role Description The Hiring BFSI/NBFC Trainer role is a contract, on-site position based in Jaipur. The trainer will design and deliver training programs for Banking, Financial Services, and Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) professionals, focusing on core functional skills, regulatory requirements, and process excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-floor training sessions, preparing training materials and assessments, and customizing content to meet client and organizational needs. The role also involves evaluating participant performance, providing feedback and coaching, and coordinating with stakeholders to schedule sessions,



track effectiveness, and ensure continuous improvement. The trainer will maintain up-to-date knowledge of BFSI and NBFC products, compliance norms, and industry trends to keep training relevant and practical. Qualifications
• Robust domain knowledge in BFSI and NBFC operations, including retail banking, lending, collections, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in corporate training, classroom facilitation, and on-the-job training, with the ability to deliver engaging sessions for diverse learner groups.
• Skills in curriculum design, content development, and instructional design for BFSI/NBFC processes, policies, and soft skills.
• Ability to use training tools, presentations, and digital platforms to support learning, assessments, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and feedback delivery.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills to track learning outcomes, prepare reports, and recommend training interventions.
• Preferred prior experience working with banks, NBFCs, or financial services organizations in training, operations, or process excellence roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; professional certifications in training or BFSI domain are an added advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple batches, and collaborate effectively with corporate stakeholders and client teams.
