Role Description The Team Lead role at Bharaat Structurals is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Team Lead will oversee a team of steel detailers, coordinate project workflows, and ensure that Tekla models and drawings meet quality, accuracy, and deadline requirements. This role involves planning workloads, assigning tasks, reviewing and approving deliverables, and collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and client representatives. The Team Lead will manage communication across stakeholders, troubleshoot design and detailing issues, and support continuous improvement of processes and standards.



The role also includes mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and contributing to resource planning and project reporting. Qualifications
• Strong technical expertise in steel structures detailing, preferably with hands-on experience using Tekla or equivalent detailing software.
• Experience leading project teams, including task allocation, progress monitoring, and quality control in an engineering or construction environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with detailers, engineers, project managers, and clients.
• Solid understanding of structural steel design principles, fabrication processes, and construction workflows.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve technical issues in models and drawings, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members and supporting skills development within a detailing or engineering team.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety practices, and client-facing project coordination is an advantage.
