3–4 years About HX Central HX Central is an AI-powered Healthcare Workflow Orchestration Platform helping hospitals digitise Quality, Accreditation, Infection Control, Patient Experience, Asset Management, ITSM and operational workflows — alongside their existing hospital systems. The Role: Pure Hunter We are looking for a result-oriented pure hunter with a strong new-business mindset — someone who can identify opportunities, open doors with hospitals, build a qualified pipeline and independently drive deals from prospecting to closure.
What you'll do
• Acquire new hospital accounts and develop fresh business opportunities.
• Build and own a solid sales pipeline across the assigned territory.
• Engage hospital CEOs, COOs, CIOs and Quality Leaders.
• Understand customer challenges and position relevant solutions.
• Drive product discussions, demos, proposals, negotiations and closures.
• Build strategic relationships and maintain disciplined CRM reporting. What we're looking for
• 3–4 years of B2B sales experience.
• Exposure to HealthTech, Hospital Software, Healthcare SaaS, Medical Devices, IoT, Pharma or healthcare services.
• Proven new-business acquisition and hunting capabilities.
• Confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
