Role Description The Export Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Export Executive will manage end-to-end export operations, including preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating order processing, and ensuring timely dispatch of pharmaceutical and healthcare products to international clients. This role involves liaising with freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with international trade, import-export regulations, and company policies.



The Export Executive will maintain accurate export records, track shipments, handle inquiries, and resolve operational issues to support smooth logistics and customer satisfaction. The role also includes supporting international sales initiatives, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and contributing to market development in assigned territories. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures, with proven ability to manage Export Documentation efficiently.
• Experience in Export operations and International Trade, including coordination with logistics partners and regulatory bodies.
• Familiarity with Import Export regulations, customs requirements, and global shipping practices.
• Background in Sales related to export markets, with skills in client communication, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field; experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare exports is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or export management software, with strong data management and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
