Key Responsibilities
A. Create & Perform: 1. Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content. 2. Take part in video shoots and appear on camera for brand content. B. Research & Ideate: 1. Research trending topics, viral Reels, memes, and creative content formats. 2. Brainstorm original ideas around finance, business, careers, and student life. 3. Track social media trends and suggest creative ways to lift engagement. C. Write: 1. Write engaging video scripts, hooks and captions. 2. Shape each idea into a format that fits the platform and the audience. D. Plan & Produce 1. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute content shoots. 2. Help with basic video editing in CapCut, Canva, or similar tools. Other requirements 1. You are confident and comfortable speaking and performing in front of the camera. 2. You are interested in creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos. 3. You understand social media trends and content well. 4. You have solid communication and storytelling skills. 5. You are enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn. 6. No prior work experience needed. Freshers are welcome and the craft gets built on the job.
