About the Role
Square Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. ###

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
- Support the finance team during audits and financial reviews. ### Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.
Com) or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
- Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills. ### Preferred Candidate
- Candidates based in Jaipur will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the insurance or financial services industry will have an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
