Job description
We’re hiring 2 Full Stack Digital Marketers at Convomax. Immediate joiners strongly preferred — we need to fill these fast. This role runs performance marketing and client success in equal measure. The full client lifecycle sits with you end-to-end: onboarding, strategy, execution, reporting, retention, renewals, upsells. No handoffs. No gaps. You are the single point of accountability between the client and delivery. What you’ll be running:
• Full client servicing — weekly calls, QBRs, escalations, retention
• Meta, Google & LinkedIn ads (per-client monthly budgets of ₹1 Cr+)
• Meta Pixel + CAPI, GTM, GA4, server-side tracking
• Landing page strategy, briefs and QA
• Looker Studio reporting clients actually open
• AI-first execution — Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, custom GPTs woven into every workflow What we need:
• 3–5 years in digital marketing + client-facing roles (agency preferred)
• Hands-on experience managing per-client monthly ad budgets of ₹1 Crore and above — non-negotiable
• Proven CAPI setup, GTM debugging, paid-media wins you can point to
• Strong communicator — able to sit in front of a client and defend a number, calmly handle escalations, and turn data into decisions
• AI fluency is critical — if you’re not already using Claude or ChatGPT daily to draft, analyse, automate and 10x your output, this role isn’t for you




• Available to start within 2–4 weeks Bonus (big pluses, not deal-breakers):
• WordPress — you won’t be building sites, but knowing how they work helps
• CRM experience — HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, LeadSquared
• Programmatic ads — DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt
• Any relevant tool stack — SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Clarity, Zapier, Make, n8n, Segment, Mixpanel, call-tracking platforms Breadth of tool knowledge is a real differentiator here.
