Role Description The AI Trainer will be collaborating closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to improve the performance and reliability by adopting AI models used in healthcare technology solutions. This role involves training technical team, suggesting open source platform, designing and refining training datasets, labeling and annotating complex clinical and operational scenarios, and validating AI outputs against business and clinical requirements. The role will train the teams, provide document guidelines, create and maintain quality standards, and provide feedback that supports ongoing model optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing AI interactions for accuracy and compliance, conducting research to understand domain-specific use cases,



and contributing to process improvements that enhance the effectiveness of AssureCare’s AI-enabled products. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to interpret healthcare workflows, review data patterns, and draw clear, actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess excellent writing and documentation skills to create annotation guidelines, training materials, and clear feedback for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail and quality assurance skills, including data labeling accuracy, consistency in applying standards, and systematic review of AI outputs.
• Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams (clinical, product, data science, and engineering) in an on-site environment.
• Candidates should possess a strong aptitude for learning recent tools and technologies, with comfort working with AI platforms, data annotation tools, and basic productivity software.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, health IT, or care management workflows is highly beneficial, as is familiarity with clinical terminology and population health concepts.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as healthcare, life sciences, data/analytics, computer science, or related disciplines) is preferred, along with demonstrated interest in AI and machine learning.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, follow regulatory and privacy guidelines, and maintain high ethical standards in handling patient-related information.
