About The Internship We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team at Tecquire Solutions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement, providing an opportunity to work on real-time HR projects alongside experienced HR professionals in a dynamic technology environment.
• Position Details Particulars Details Position HR Intern Location Noida Work Mode On-site (5 Days a Week) Duration 3–6 Months Eligibility Graduates & Final-Year Students Joining Immediate2. Roles & Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Source and shortlist candidates through various recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates. HR Operations
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative activities. Employee Engagement
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support internal employee initiatives and communication. HR Administration & Compliance
• Provide general HR administrative support.
• Assist with HR documentation and compliance-related activities.
• Candidate Requirements
• Academic Excellence: Minimum 75% throughout academics.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
