Who We’re Looking For Retired senior officials from Public Sector Banks, Scheduled Commercial Banks, Private Sector Banks, Regional Rural Banks and other recognised banking and financial institutions. Preference for those who have served as: General Managers / Deputy General Managers Assistant General Managers Regional / Zonal Managers Chief Managers / Senior Branch Managers Other senior banking officials with relevant experience

Key Responsibilities
Fund Mobilisation Develop and guide strategies for mobilising financial resources Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, corporates and investors Facilitate institutional funding arrangements and support lender negotiations Explore diversified, cost-effective sources of funds Strengthen the Company’s funding network Strategic Advisory Advise the Board and Senior Management on banking relationships and funding strategies Guide on institutional lending practices,



financial resource planning and banking procedures Support strategies for sustainable business expansion Leverage your skilled network for institutional development Share best practices in banking, financial management and resource mobilisation Engagement Details Primary office: Thrissur, Kerala Coverage: Coordination and support for branches across Kerala Engagement type: Senior Advisory / Consulting / Fund Mobilisation Travel: Willingness to travel across Kerala as required Eligibility & Preferred Experience Substantial experience in senior banking roles Proven background in liability management, fund mobilisation, institutional banking, credit, treasury or business development Strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, corporates and funding sources Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills Ability to provide strategic guidance towards the Company’s funding objectives Why Associate With JMJ Fintech Ltd.?
