Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Content Writers specializing in Kannada, Tulu, and Sri Lankan Tamil. The Content Writers will create and adapt scripts, articles, social media copy, and other digital content tailored to regional audiences and platforms. Responsibilities include researching topics, understanding local culture and trends, developing compelling narratives, and aligning content with brand guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with producers, editors, and design teams, optimizing content for online distribution, and revising materials based on feedback and performance data.



Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and managing multiple projects with clear deadlines. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and culturally relevant content in Kannada, Tulu, and/or Sri Lankan Tamil.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to identify audience needs, analyze trends, and plan content that fits platform and brand objectives.
• Candidates should possess Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all published materials.
• Candidates should have excellent command of at least one of the target languages (Kannada, Tulu, Sri Lankan Tamil( Any one) and valuable proficiency in English for internal communication.
• Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with digital media platforms, social media, and online video ecosystems.
• Candidates should have strong collaboration skills, the ability to take constructive feedback, and manage timelines in a production-focused environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media Studies, Literature, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in content writing or digital media.
